Hopp Productions (“we,” “us”) is a photo booth rental company owned and operated by Brandon Hopp in Alameda, California. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we only collect what we need to run your event, and we never sell your information to anyone.

Information we collect

  • Booking inquiries: When you fill out a form on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and event details (date, location, event type, guest count) so we can respond to your request and provide our services.
  • Event photos: Guests who use our photo booth create photos, GIFs, and videos. Guests who request digital copies may provide a phone number or email address to receive them.
  • Website basics: Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages visited). We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry, confirm bookings, and coordinate your event
  • To send you the services you request, including digital photo delivery and event galleries
  • To follow up after your inquiry or event (for example, a booking confirmation, a reminder, your photo gallery link, or a request for feedback)

Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

If you provide your mobile number through our website form or at our photo booth, you may receive text messages from us, such as booking confirmations, event follow-ups, and delivery of photos or gallery links you request.

  • Consent: We only text people who have provided their number and agreed to receive messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
  • Message frequency varies based on your requests — a booking inquiry typically receives a confirmation and a follow-up or two, and event guests receive a message for each photo or gallery link they request.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

What we never do

  • We never sell, rent, or share your phone number, email, or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • We never sign you up for anything you didn’t ask for.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted services to operate: a form provider (Jotform) to receive your inquiry, a text messaging carrier service (Twilio) to deliver the messages described above, and our website host. These providers process your information only to deliver our services to you.

Event photos and galleries

Photos taken at our booth are delivered to the event host and to guests who request them. Online galleries are typically available for a limited time (about 7 days) before they expire. If you would like a photo of yourself removed from a gallery, contact us and we will take care of it.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts
  • Every marketing-style email includes a way to unsubscribe, or just reply and ask
  • You may request a copy of, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about you at any time

Children

Our services are contracted by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
