Pricing Questions
How much does it cost to rent a photo booth in the East Bay?
Our photo booth rental packages start at $425 for 2 hours. Pricing depends on your event size and duration. Small to medium events (up to 100 guests) range from $425-$725. Larger events (101-200 guests) range from $525-$825. Every package includes unlimited sessions, instant prints, digital copies, props, custom photo strips, and green screen — no hidden fees.
What’s included in the photo booth rental price?
Everything you need for a great photo booth experience is included FREE: unlimited photo sessions (guests can use it as many times as they want), instant prints (two 2×6 strips per session), digital copies of all photos, email/social sharing, fun props, custom photo strip designs with your names or logo, and green screen backgrounds. No surprise charges.
Do you charge extra for green screen?
No! Green screen is included FREE with every package. Many competitors charge $100-$200 extra for this. With us, your guests can choose any background image at no additional cost.
Is there a travel fee?
Events within 50 miles of Alameda have no travel fee. For events beyond 50 miles, there’s a $100 travel fee. We serve all of the East Bay including Pleasanton, Fremont, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon, and more.
How much is the deposit to book?
Just $100 reserves your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
Booking Questions
How far in advance should I book a photo booth?
As soon as you have your event date confirmed! Popular dates — especially Friday and Saturday nights during wedding season (May-October) — book up fast. We’ve had clients book 6-12 months in advance for peak dates. A $100 deposit locks in your date.
How do I book Hopp Productions?

Do you book last-minute events?
Yes, if we’re available! Call or text (510) 912-8446 to check availability. We’ve done events booked just days in advance.
Photo Booth Features Questions
What types of photo booths do you offer?
We have two options:
1. Open Air Photo Booth — 8 feet wide × 6 feet long × 7 feet tall. Fits 10-15 people, includes free green screen. Perfect for weddings and corporate events.
2. Enclosed LED Inflatable Booth — 10 feet × 10 feet × 10 feet. Features cool LED lighting. Great for parties and outdoor events ($200 outdoor fee applies).
How many people can fit in the photo booth at once?
Our Open Air Photo Booth comfortably fits 10-15 people. Our record is 21 people in one photo! Great for big group shots.
How fast do the photos print?
Incredibly fast — just 5 seconds! Each session automatically prints two 2×6 photo strips. Guests don’t have to wait around.
Can guests get digital copies of their photos?
Absolutely! Guests can email photos to themselves right at the booth. Plus, we send you all the digital photos from your event the next day.
Do you offer GIFs and videos?
Yes! Animated GIFs are available as an add-on for $49. Slow motion video is also available for $49.
What props do you provide?
We bring a full prop box with fun items: silly hats, wigs, oversized glasses, signs, boas, masks, and more. Props are included free with every package.
Can I customize the photo strip design?
Yes! We can add your names, wedding date, event name, company logo, hashtag, or custom graphics to every photo strip. This is included FREE — no extra charge.
Event Day Questions
How early do you arrive to set up?
We arrive one hour before your photo booth start time to set up and test everything.
How much space does the photo booth need?
The Open Air Photo Booth needs about 8×10 feet of floor space. The LED Inflatable Booth needs about 12×12 feet. We also need access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet.
Do you stay and run the booth during the event?
Yes! A professional attendant stays the entire time to help guests and ensure the booth runs smoothly.
Can the photo booth be used outdoors?
Yes, with some considerations. The Open Air Booth works outdoors in covered areas. The LED Inflatable Booth works great outdoors — there’s a $200 setup/cleanup fee for outdoor inflatable use.

Do you do weddings?
Yes! Weddings are one of our specialties. We’ve done hundreds of weddings across the East Bay.
Do you do corporate events?
Absolutely. We work with companies for holiday parties, team building events, product launches, company picnics, trade shows, and more. We can add your company logo to every photo strip.
What types of events do you serve?
We do it all: weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, quinceañeras, bar/bat mitzvahs, graduation parties, baby showers, anniversary parties, holiday parties, fundraisers, school events, proms, and any celebration.

Do you serve Pleasanton?
Yes! Pleasanton is one of our most popular service areas. No travel fee for Pleasanton events.
Do you serve Fremont?
Yes! We serve Fremont with no travel fee.
